Day 1 : Day 1: Melbourne to Great Ocean Road
Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Great Ocean Road and discover the remarkable rock formations of the iconic 12 Apostles. Learn about the tragic tale of the shipwreck coast, visit the hidden beach of Loch Ard Gorge and stop along the way to search for native Australian wildlife. You will discover some of the world’s tallest trees as you explore the ancient and beautiful rainforest of the Great Otway National Park. Meals: N/A. Accom: Grampians Eco YHA Shared Dorm (with shared bathroom) or similar alternative. Driving Distance: 520km. Hike Distance: 1-2km.

Day 2 : Day 2: Grampians Halls Gap to Melbourne
On the second day wake up to amazing views and kangaroos of the Grampians National Park, an area rich in Aboriginal culture and set in a beautiful and rugged landscape. The Grampians bushland is surrounded by an abundance of Australian flora and fauna and the hiking trails and waterfalls will surely leave a lasting impression! After an incredible 2 days exploring the coastline and mountain ranges, we make our way back to Melbourne arriving in town around 5:30pm. Meals: Breakfast. Accom: N/A. Driving Distance: 290km. Hike Distance: 2km.

Our main meeting point for this tour will be at Immigration Museum, 400 Flinders St on the corner of Market St, Melbourne at 7:35am.

Please note - Guests must arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pickup time.  We accept no responsibility if you fail to nominate a pickup location- this must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior with our reservations department, failure to nominate and board the bus will result in fare forfeiture

  • Any meals not indicated within the itinerary - plenty of opportunity will be provided to purchase food along the way or dine out with the group
  • Hotel transfers pre/post tour itinerary to a nominated pickup point.
