Day 1 : Welcome to Manila
Pickup: Manila
Return: Puerto Princesa - can finish in El Nido if the customer would like to fly from there instead.
Shuttle buses run from El Nido every hour on the hour from 4am to 7pm (with the exception of 12pm). Therefore guests can book their flight from Puerto Princesa to any destination in the Philippines on Day 10 of the tour any time after 3pm. The journey takes 6 hours so bare this in mind. There are also flights out of El Nido using an airline called Air Swift. If flying with Air Swift from El Nido, guests can leave at any time on day 10.
What to Bring:
Passport and separate photocopy of the ID page of your passport.
Onwards flight tickets.
Printed copy of your travel insurance details.
Your One Life Adventures confirmation vouchers/tickets.
Entry visa (if required).
Enough clean clothes to last the trip – Pack for warm weather and pack light.
A light rain jacket or emergency rain poncho.
Comfortable shoes and sandals - They will probably get dirty so don’t bring anything fancy!
Sun hat or cap
Phone & charger
International plug adapter – The voltage in the Philippines is 220-240 volts.
Swimwear and towel
Credit cards and money – Please do not bring travelers checks.
Small padlock

Camera and spare battery.
Mp3 player or books for the longer bus journeys.
A money belt
Basic medical supplies such as aspirin, ibuprofen, motion sickness tablets, Imodium.

Luggage Limit:
20kg. Recommended to take a backpack instead of a suitcase.
Dietary Requirements:
All catered for where possible, though when in the more remote areas cannot be guaranteed.
Extra Costs:
International flights not included.
If you arrive earlier than the start date, your airport pickup is not included.
Cost for the zipline is a local payment of PHP500.
The following meals are included, the rest you have to budget for: 7 x breakfasts/5 x lunches/2 x dinners.
