Day 1 : Day 1 - Pick Up Day
Day 1 - The group will be picked up from around Brisbane by the surf bus guide. We will slowly make our way to the hippie surf town of Byron Bay where we will set up camp for the night. The group will go over some surfing principles to help set them up for the busy week of surfing ahead. Then they will have the option of heading into town for a look around or going for a walk to find koala bears. Byron Bay is a great spot to see these awesome little fellas. We will then return to camp to cook a healthy nutritious dinner. The group is also welcome to have dinner at the many awesome eateries in town however this will not be included.

Day 2 : Day 2 - Byron/Goldy
Day 2 -Today we are up early for a healthy breakfast. We will pack up the campsite and head down to the beach for our first surf lesson of the trip. We will have time for a surf check, stretch and dynamic warm up. The lesson will be at the famous point break of Byron Bay; one of the longest running waves in Australia. It’s a great 3 hour session to start the trip and learn in depth about the ocean with local legend Gaz Morgan, one of the original Aussie surf coaches. After the session the group will have time to grab some lunch in town before we head to our next campsite on the Gold Coast. We will set up the campsite and cook a healthy nutritious dinner together. Then while eating we will go over the video from the surf lesson to see if there’s any areas we can work on for the following day. After this the group will have time to go out for a look around town or take the spotlights out for a look around for native animals.

Day 3 : Day 3 - Goldy/Noosa
Day 3 - We’re up early for our healthy breakfast before packing up and heading off to surf the world famous ‘Superbank’. The Gold Coast has produced some of the best surfers in the world due to its diversity and suitable waves year round. Here we will do a quick surf check of the conditions, stretch and dynamic warm-up before liaising with the surf school. Here we will surf for most of the morning before lunch. The group will have time to explore the Gold Coast. Then we will jump back on the bus and drive to our next destination; the Sunshine Coast. We will set up camp for the night before prepping dinner and going through our video analysis session from the day. After this guests will have the option to go for a night walk to try and spot any native wildlife in the area.

Day 4 : Day 4 - Noosa/Sunny Coast/Rainbow Beach
Day 4 - Another early rise for our healthy breakfast before packing up and heading to the next surf spot. We’ll do our daily surf check ensuring each student understands the basic principles of analysing surf spots to ensure they can continue their surfing journey after the trip. We will have time for a dynamic warm-up and stretch before meeting our new surf coach. After the lesson we will have a chance to checkout some of the cool eateries on the Sunshine Coast and Noosa before heading to our next destination; Rainbow Beach. Upon arrival we will set up the campsite for the evening, cook dinner together and watch the video analysis. The group will again have a chance to go searching for wildlife during the night.

Day 5 : Day 5 - Rainbow Beach/ Drop off Brisbane
Day 5 - Our final early rise we will eat our breakfast before being picked up by Sean; our final surf coach, who will take us by four wheel drive up to the corner of point Rainbow Beach; one of the best kept secrets in Australian Surfing. This spot’s rolling waves are regarded as the longest in Australia and among the best for beginner surfers in the world but is only accessible by rough beach driving. We will spend most of the day up at the point before returning to the township where we will say goodbye to our new friends who are continuing their travels up to K’gari (formerly Fraser Island). The other remaining customers will head back for drop off on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane.
