Itinerary

Day 1: Surfers Paradise 2-hour Lesson

Meet at our shop at the beach end of Cavill Avenue 15 before the lesson time. Collect your long-sleeved rash shirt or wetsuit and soft beginner surfboard and walk to the beach. We begin with a safety briefing and some basic instructions on the beach. After catching your first few waves in waist-deep water we return to the beach for more detailed instructions on how to stand up on your surfboard. The remainder of the time will be spent in the water with the instructor helping everyone to stand up on their surfboard. At the end of the lesson, we return to the shop where the instructor will explain options to continue surfing with either further lessons or hire equipment and continue yourself.

Pickups / Departures

Departure: Every day at 10 am and 1 pm. Please meet at our shop at the beach end of Cavill Avenue at least 15 minutes before the start of your lesson.

Return: Approx 2 hours

Pickups: Free pickup and drop off within the Surfers Paradise region
