MONDAY - DAY 1 (Lunch, Dinner)
Pickups start at 7.30am at the YHA on Wellington Street and then continue around convenient locations in Northbridge and Highgate. It's then we drive up the famous Western Australian Coastal Beaches on what is called the Sunset Tourist Drive picking up customers at Scarborough Beach and Hillary's on the way. Our first stop is at Yanchep National Park for a close encounter with some koalas, in winter we will also be going down the Caves at Yanchep Park, but in summer we have a go at sandboarding in Lancelin. After lunch it is off to our overnight accommodation at Cervantes (Dorms) where there is time to chill out or walk down to the ocean for a swim and maybe see some of the local Sea Lions swimming close to shore. Then it's off to the famous Nambung National Park to see the world famous Pinnacles at Sunset, the only time to see them, and there might even be a Full Moon.
TUESDAY - DAY 2 (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Travelling north up the coast, we pass through historical Greenough, Greenough Wildlife Park, and the unique horizontal trees before arriving at the Hutt River Province, a small breakaway country and the second largest on this continent. Meet Prince Leonard and hear about his passion for his own country. Don't forget to bring your passport and get it stamped! The coastal gorges of Kalbarri National Park will take your breath away with their beauty, migrating whales may be seen from the cliff tops in season, enjoy a little free time in Kalbarri before a mouthwatering Aussie BBQ, overnight Kalbarri Backpackers (Dorms).
WEDNESDAY - DAY 3 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Early start, we travel deep into Kalbarri National Park to the awesome Z-Bend gorge for some optional abseiling ($30) and a hike down into this 400 million-year-old landscape and get surrounded by sheer cliffs, enjoy a swim in a secluded pool if you like (in season). We also take a drive out to Nature's Window. After lunch, we enter the Midwest Outback, land of few people and huge sheep stations. We drop into the strange Hamelin Pool Stromatolites before entering the World Heritage area of Shark Bay and the unique Shell beach. Tonight we stay at the most western town in Australia overlooking the beautiful Shark Bay
THURSDAY - DAY 4 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
We arrive at Monkey Mia in time to meet the world-famous Bottle Nose Dolphins, enjoy a real close encounter and some free time before we head off to Eagle Bluff. From our clifftop spot we may see below us heaps of wildlife including sharks. Travelling ever northwards you can see why the locals call this area Big Sky Country, also home to the second-longest straight road in Australia. Tonight we have exclusive use of an Outback Sheep Station shearers quarters, 114 years old really rustic, great fun and if you like, you can drag your bed outside and sleep under the stars, toast a marshmallow on the campfire or just sit and soak up the ambience of the Outback Overnight, sheep station shearers quarters, twin share.
FRIDAY - DAY 5 (Breakfast, Lunch)
We stop on the Tropic of Capricorn before we arrive at Coral Bay. Here the beautiful Ningaloo Reef is just meters from the white sandy beach. Throw on some snorkelling gear (optional $10) and swim over and thru the coral gardens and schools of brilliantly coloured fish, soak up the sun and be a beach bum or jump on board one of the glass bottom boats for a trip out over the reef. Late this afternoon we make our way up onto the Northwest Cape and into Exmouth. Overnight Potshot Resort (Dorm with ensuit). We have the use of all resort facilities which include 2 swimming pools, bars and restaurants.
SATURDAY - DAY 6 (Breakfast)
Today is yours to do as you want, or you can come on our FREE explorer tour out to Cape Range and Turquoise Bay with us if you like. It's a FREE tour and a great way to see what's around Exmouth. Overnight accommodation, Potshot Resort.
SUNDAY - DAY 7 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
7:00 am departure, we travel south down the highway towards our overnight stop at the Old Convent at Northampton where spooky things can happen. We will stop along the way regularly for anything we may see of interest also fuel, lunch, smoke, toilets etc.

MONDAY - DAY 8 (Breakfast)
Travelling down the highway further we arrive in Perth at our departure point at approximately lunch time....
Departs: The tour departs every Monday morning at 7:30 am from the YHA on Wellington Street, then we travel around the city for pickups at convenient locations in Northbridge and Highgate. We also pick up in Scarborough and Hillary's.
What to Bring:
Insect repellent, Hat, Sunscreen, Toiletries, Walking shoes, Towel, Swim suit, Warm jumper, Camera, Torch, Small cabin bag (for day use items). Please keep luggage to a minimum.
